How is your donation used?

MicroAid Projects has no UK overhead costs.

The only expenses incurred are in transferring donated funds abroad, which are UK bank charges of 4.2%. These are classified according to charity industry standards as UK Administration.

The remaining 95.8% of the funds are spending on what is classified as Charitable Expenditure. Within this classification are included some bank charges in Indonesia (approx 6%) and a fee paid to the community facilitation partner (approx 10%). The rest is exclusively spent on your chosen micro-project
