How We Monitor Your Donation

Admin of MicroAid Projects

Once the activity has been implemented, a Micro Project report is prepared by the CFP. The facilitator (CFP) uploads the Micro Project report on the MicroAid Projects website. Content of the report should include what have been the benefits of the micro-project, constraints, successes and problems during implementation, expenditures, activity photos (and video if available) and participant's comments. Particular attention will be made to new contacts and connections resulting from MicroAid projects funding. Any change that can be identified in participating families in income, productivity and attitude to family enterprise will be reported to the donor so that value for donations given can be assessed.

Admin of MicroAid Projects sends email to donor who funded the project to let the donor read the report. Feedback from the donor is requested, which if relevant is passed onto the CFP and low income family participants.
