How We Work

Family in a small group discussion with the Community Facilitation Partner (CFP) as facilitator in a village meeting, proposing activities according to family needs.
When the activity proposals (including budget and beneficiary names) have been agreed upon, the CFP then create micro projects on the MicroAid Projects web site.
After the micro project is published on the MicroAid Projects web site, donors like you will see what the micro project is. You can choose and fund the micro projects.
Within about two weeks of your funding a micro project, the CFP together with a local family will implement the micro project you supported upon receiving your donation in their local bank.
Families and CFPs make reports together including photos, videos and beneficiary comments. Then CFP uploads the report on the MicroAid Projects’ website.
MicroAid administrators then send you an email newsletter to let you know that the report is available online, and you have the opportunity to offer feedback.
