The full list of Community Facilitation Partners:
Community Facilitation Partners (CFP) will be selected by a MicroAid Projects administrator and approved by the trustees on following basis:
Organisational
- CFP will be a registered charity or society bound by the national laws of the country in which they are based.
- CFP will have a registered office, with contact address and telephone number.
- CFP will have a documented agenda for relieving poverty through family enterprise and education.
- CFP will have a bank account and at least 2 years history of financial accounts.
- CFP will have at least 1 member of staff, who is computer literate and can read and write in English.
Training
CFP will have at least 1 fully trained facilitator who understands and can facilitate Micro-projects in target communities.
Micro-Projects
- CFP micro-project suggestions will only be in the field of family family enterprise training.
- All project costs will be for the facilitation and training in a particular family enterprise skill or skills.
- There will be no equipment of capital costs involved in the project.
- Micro-Project training costs will be in the range of $10-100 per participant.
- Micro-Projects will have between 3 and 10 participants.
- Micro-Projects will last between 0.5 - 5 days in duration.
- All Micro-Projects will have a trainer or facilitator assigned before commencement.
- All Micro-Project participants will satisfy the Client Definition statement.
Equipment
- CFP will have access to a PC with internet connection.
- CFP staff will be IT literate and be able to input information into the MicroAid Projects web system.
- CFP will have access to a digital camera and/or video camera.
- CFP will have access to training equipment and stationary as required, e.g. white boards, flip-charts etc.
